Biova Bolivian Rose Salt

This salt has lain for millions of years in the highlands of the Andes mountain ranges in the
west of Bolivia. It has been protected from all environmental influences such as pollution as
it lies under a thick volcanic layer of rock.

The Bolivian rose quartz stone salt is harvested by hand, and is transported along the ancient
caravan routes that the Incas used, down to the lowlands.

It's beautiful and distinctive pink color Rose comes from a particularly high iron content.
Numerous other important minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium give
the rock salt a pure, naturally mild taste.

Bolivian Rose salt is found in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world.
